How it Works

MultiCare Dental provides excellent dental care at eight clinic locations throughout Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington Counties. We also refer patients to private providers.

Who qualifies? Children, pregnant women and adults who are on the Oregon Health Plan (OHP). Eligibility must be effective on date of service. Call to get started: 503-988-3711.

Seniors and Disabled Services

Call MultiCare Dental at 503-988-3711 to request assistance for any dental special needs.

Exceptional Needs Dental Service (ENDS)

MultiCare Dental participates in the Exceptional Needs Dental Services program for members with disabilities. ENDS dentists travel to special care facilities, nursing homes and hospitals to see patients who are not able to go to a dental office.

Exceptional Needs Care Coordination (ENCC)

Exceptional Needs Care Coordination assists members who are 65 years or older, members with disabilities or any other member who needs assistance to coordinate their dental care.

Confidentiality

All patient information is kept confidential, including your dental records and any verbal discussions between you and the clinic staff. Your dental records will only be released with your written consent.
